UK delivery information

Our standard delivery service has now been updated to a DPD service.

Standard delivery (2-3 working days) costs just £3.85 and FREE when you spend over £50.

Please note we do not currently deliver on weekends. All courier orders will be delivered between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

Ireland, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands

We aim to have your order with you within 3-5 working days.

Delivery times and order tracking

All courier orders via DPD will be delivered between 9.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. If you have any concerns about your delivery then please don’t hesitate to email us at info@eudeamon.com, or phone our customer services on +44 1932 624426 and we will be happy to help.

Receiving Deliveries

DPD will contact you by text message and email to arrange your delivery. You can choose to leave your parcel in a safe place, change delivery date, or collect from a pickup shop.

Missed deliveries

Should there be no one at home when we deliver – it’s not a problem. A calling card and contact number so that you can re-arrange delivery for a more convenient time.

Delivery to Europe and Worldwide

Our standard delivery is now available to the below countries.

Standard delivery (4-7 working days) costs just £7.95 and FREE when you spend over £100.

*Import charges, VAT and processing fees may be charged by your countries’ customs. Processing fees can be between 5 and 20 euros.

If import charges are required, you will be contacted by email or text message with instructions on customs clearance and payment.*

Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer free returns on all products. Any unopened items returned within 30 days of the date of delivery will qualify for a no quibble refund or exchange. Please use the address below. We do advise that you obtain proof of posting from your local post office upon returning the item(s). We regret that no refunds will be given on products that have been opened, or returned after 30 days from the date of delivery. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received back. The amount we will refund is the amount paid for the product(s); delivery costs will not be refunded.
